I finished my novella, The Wolf and the Necromancer It is finished. It is done.
I submitted the piece to the anthology Wednesday night a few hours before the deadline. I’m still worried that the lady in charge will contact me and say, “No, it’s crap.”

I’ve been in the same heterosexual relationship for longer than I care to share with the class. My own spot in the alphabet soup sometimes get’s muddled. People seem to forget that I choose a person, not a gender.
I’m almost at 10 thousand words in my story. It has to be at least 15 thousand, but I can’t fit the rest into 5 thousand words. Here’s to writing a longer story than anticipated.
My goal of getting lots of writing complete this week failed. I did learn some things about the manuscript I’m trying to push out though.

Though, I haven’t started writing. It’s due to the anthology group mid December.
I want to be able to use speech to text while working. Either driving or folding clothes. I gave up on the project. So, I tried it again…
Do you have a list of favorite books you read this year? I know I do. Out of the 56 books I read in 2019, only 6 stick out in my mind.
Do you have goals for this year? I like calling them goals instead of resolutions. The word ‘goals’ sounds approachable and realistic.
Compared to the last assignment, I found this one rather simple. I had no reservations about plunging into the homework. So, let’s get right to it.
Did you think I gave up on the Writing Excuses Self-Assignment? I thought about it, especially after looking at 10.4. This assignment really threw me for a loop. I was intimidated by this one.
