The market was his favorite place to sell. He loved watching the people. This was the place that helped hone his skills at reading people. And reading people is what brought in the real money. To say his leather stand was a front was both insulting and true. Insulting because the leather wallets, belts, and bags brought in enough that he didn’t need to do anything else. And it was true because it actually acted as a front. This was the place spies were born.

He cut a LIVE wire. My sarcastic comment doesn’t explain how I felt in that situation. I was shocked and scared. I wasn’t sure what to say and I did not hear the bang. It’s without saying that I was relieved that I did not go downstairs to find him dead on the floor.
Do you have a list of favorite books you read this year? I know I do. Out of the 56 books I read in 2019, only 6 stick out in my mind.
Do you have goals for this year? I like calling them goals instead of resolutions. The word ‘goals’ sounds approachable and realistic.

Last night I slept with Spiderman. I wrapped my arms around his large plush head and slept. I borrowed my son’s plush toy for two reasons. The first being that I found sleeping while holding a toy or pillow keeps my hands from falling asleep. The second being I hoped that sideman would absorb my stress.
Compared to the last assignment, I found this one rather simple. I had no reservations about plunging into the homework. So, let’s get right to it.
Did you think I gave up on the Writing Excuses Self-Assignment? I thought about it, especially after looking at 10.4. This assignment really threw me for a loop. I was intimidated by this one.
For me, my petty actions stop at making faces, showing them my middle finger, or mummers of discontent. It lasts maybe a minute. Maybe 5 minutes. On occasion, I’ll come home and complain to my husband. Rarely have I acted on it. That is exactly what I did this past week.
I have spite hair.
It’s day 3 of Nanowrimo (National Novel Writing Month) 2019 and I have signed up to write 50,000 words in November. My plan is a bit unconventional.
As I went through and combined stories, changed ideas, and moved things around I came to one solid conclusion. Idea #1 is my least favorite. Goodbye housewife story.
