Chant does an excellent job of creating diverse interesting characters. Getting to know the hotshot crew is truly a pleasure. What I love the most about this book is how she is expanding the universe.
I’m also not evil. Everything is awesome and not awesome at the same time. And of course Batman is still not paying taxes.

Pitch Black was a smooth read. The character’s intensity and story hook drew me in before I was even sure of the character’s name.
